She and Mr. Ravi withdrew from Rutgers University in New Jersey, following the incident last fall.
Mr. Ravi was accused the month last of bias intimidation, invasion of privacy, falsification of the witness and the elements of proof and other offences.
He was already facing the invasion of loads of privacy, together with Ms. Wei.
The charges came after the family of Mr. Clementi called for a criminal investigation into the case.
Gay rights organizations have said the suicide of Mr. Clementi is an example of a problem at the national level - youth themselves killing after being bullied on their sexuality.
