Mother cries dead child trial

  Ms Anthony says a guardian removed her mother a daughter accused of having killed his daughter for two years in 2008 down in tears during his murder trial opening statements in a Court of Florida.

Say daughter of Casey Anthony Caylee defence counsel drowned in a swimming pool in the care of his grandparents and that grandfather covered until death.

But prosecutors say that the child died after the band was placed on the mouth and Mrs. Anthony, 25, kept the body in the trunk of his car during the week.

Mr. Baez said the father of Casey as George Anthony planted of the corresponding tape found mark later in the mouth of the Caylee in a way which could involve Casey.

"George Anthony has taken certain measures to ensure that it was from this situation and that Casey will eventually take the blame for this," said Mr. Baez.

"Chloroform".

But prosecutors said they have based their case on forensic evidence, which shows the that MS Anthony kept the body of the Caylee in the trunk of his car.

The autopsy was never able to find cause of the toddler to death.

However continue counsel Linda Drane Burdick offered a theory for the first time Tuesday that Caylee is dead after three pieces of tape were placed on his mouth and nose.

Everything that made Ms. Anthony was based on a tissue of lies, added Ms. Drane Burdick.

"Casey Anthony... seemed... be a loving mother, attempt to provide support for his daughter,"said the Attorney."

"But as the evidence will show in this case, it was an illusion," she added.

In the month that caylee was missing, Ms. Drane Burdick said jurors Casey is gone shopping, visiting friends and hanging with her boyfriend.

It also describes the internet research on a computer at home which showed the motions for chloroform, neck-breaking of Casey Anthony and alcohol.

Casey Anthony was responsible for emotions throughout the day, periodic crying and wiping his nose with a tissue.

Ms. Anthony is also charged with aggravated child abuse, aggravated homicide of a child or provide false information to the application of the Act.
