Mubarak to be tried in the death

Hosni Mubarak is detained in a military hospital in Sharm el-Sheikh after Declaration of Egypt of heart problems of the ousted President Hosni Mubarak and his two sons are to be tried in the death of anti-government protestersjudicial authorities said.

Two sons of the couple, Alaa and Gamal, are held in the prison of Tora prison in Cairo and face charges of fraud.


The three men were charged with "premeditated murder of some participants in peaceful demonstrations of the revolution of January 25," News Agency of the country reported the Attorney General said.


More than 800 people died in the repression of long weeks that preceded the departure of Mr. Mubarak.


The charges come after calls renewed for protests Friday to demand the trial of the Mubarak family and the lifting of the emergency law.


Hosni Mubarak and his son Gamal and Alaa are accused of planning the assassination of demonstrators to the revolution, which began January 25. The goal, according to the prosecution was to kill some and intimidate others.


The former President is accused of accepting gifts, including a Palace and four villas in the resort of Sharm el-Sheikh. He is also accused of conspiring with the businessman Hussein Salem, who was also charged, to sell the gas cheaply in Israel and therefore to defraud the Government of Egypt of several million dollars.
